ABOUT THE SPACE: This fabulous, first-floor, 1 bedroom home with tall ceilings is an excellent place to call home! This home has modern furniture. The apartment is located on the first floor of a three unit building. There is only one exterior step to access the apartment. The bedroom is rear facing, quiet, and has great eastern exposure for wonderful morning sunshine and views of the manicured backyard. The kitchen consists of gas cooking, full size stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, and disposal. The bathroom has a jacuzzi tub and a full sized venting washer and dryer with a window for fresh air. The open concept living room has western exposure with excellent afternoon sunlight. There is built-in office space in the closet by the front door. The shared backyard is accessed via the basement and provides a little extra storage for your suitcases. CENTRAL HEAT, HOT WATER, ELECTRICITY, GAS, WIFI, A/C all included in the rent.  Linens and cooking supplies are included.

LOCATION: Quaint and very friendly neighborhood just outside of Boston proper. Jamaica Plain (AKA “JP”) is a quick 15-minute train ride on the orange line right into downtown Boston and a 3 mile bike ride away. The “southwest corridor” offers a safe biking experience into downtown Boston from JP.  The apartment is a quick 2 minute walk from the Stony Brook train station.  Close proximity to Longwood Medical area – great for traveling nurses. Stop at the local coffee shop on the way to the T. Whole Foods is within walking distance. Great restaurants and coffee shops within very close vicinity. An A+ location in Boston!

PARKING: Street parking is manageable in this area. No permit is necessary. Free commuter parking lot at the end of the street if you’re in a bind and can’t find street parking.  Although the home does not come with parking, guests usually find parking within walking distance.

PROPERTY AVAILABILITY: This home is rented on a monthly basis.  On occasion there is availability for a shorter term.  We book out 3-4 months in advance at a time.

Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. An additional pet fee of $200 per/stay applies.
