Having Jessica as our agent was a godsend. We were first time buyers and Jessica clearly laid out all the steps of the process for us and helped us find a beautiful home. Her knowledge of the different selling agents in the area was tremendous in helping us gauge what to expect. Even when negotiations hit a snag (due to the third party bank assessment - not either party's doing), Jessica was communicative throughout. My fiance and I knew nothing about the real estate market in Boston, except that it was very competitive. Jessica was very patient and explained the process to us in great detail. She also suggested we look at different neighborhoods in and around Boston that we hadn't previously considered. I'm glad she did because we wouldn't have found the perfect place in Brighton without her suggestion! As soon as we went to the first open house at the place we ended up buying, we knew we loved it. Jessica suggested we return to the second open house the next day to make sure we still felt the same way, but reassured us that it was a great find. Since she was very familiar with the area, I trusted her judgement and felt more confident with how much we loved it. My fiance returned the next day and spoke with the seller's agent about how we are looking for our first home etc.. We put in a full price offer, and even though there were offers higher than ours, ours was accepted because the sellers wanted someone to love it like they did. Jessica gave us the confidence to put in our offer and it wouldn't have been accepted without Jessica's suggestion to visit the second open house. We love our new place and can't imagine living anywhere else!

Jessica has an insane passion for what she does. Jessica was a delight to work with. She was on top of things right from the beginning and kept up with the information even when we tried to slack off. Once we found a home we liked, she really made sure that the whole process was well informed for us and helped us iron out so many details, even the ones she did not have to involve herself. She still keeps in touch with us, and is willing to help with finding sources in our neighborhood. We have really enjoyed working with her.

We worked with Jessica for over two years looking for a multi-family investment property. I can't even remember how many open houses we went to during those two years and Jessica was at nearly all of them. She was always professional, friendly, warm and patient. Finally after about two years we found a great place in South Boston. It was not an easy purchase and there were multiple offers. Jessica guided us through the entire process and helped us to seal the deal. We ended up doing 4-5 months worth of rehab and renovation work before the units were ready for renting. We also asked Jessica to help us with renting both units. Again, this was not an easy process because we ended up having to rent during the off season and when there was a lot of inventory sitting. Despite all these challenges, Jessica was also able to help us find great tenants. Each step of the way, Jessica and her team were with us and she was also extremely supportive and always honest even during the moments we were either nervous or worried about how things would turn out. We absolutely LOVE our place in South Boston and very happy with our new tenants. We would highly recommend Jessica and her team to anyone who wants to buy a new home or rent out their home.

Jessica did a phenomenal job helping me to sell my apartment in the Back Bay. Originally, I was looking to rent a 2BR apartment (needed more space), and I was planning on renting out my 1BR. I met Jess while looking at a 2BR and she mentioned that I should consider selling my 1BR (instead of renting it), noting that the market was very hot. She said that most 1BRs in Back Bay were selling for $500k+. I was very surprised, as Zillow had my estimated my apartment value at ~$450k. However, Jess seemed confident, and so I decided to explore the sale process. Jessica guided my wife and me through the sale process. She walked through our apt and recommended that we list the apartment for $475k, mentioning that it's better to price the apartment at a level that will draw interest. She told us which furniture to remove so that our apartment was staged perfectly for pictures and the open house. We followed her advice meticulously. The pictures turned out beautifully. In the end, our apartment was on the market for 3 days before we accepted an offer for $51k over our asking price ($526k sale price). Better yet, the buyer closed in a month and waived the inspection. I would enthusiastically recommend JL+CoRE to anyone that is looking to sell his/her apartment or home!

Jessica helped me buy my first condo this fall. She was everything I could ask for in a realtor.
